You may have inherited a real good (older) sewing machine and you wonder if it's fixable or worth fixing. We are confident that we can answer both those questions on the phone in a few minutes.

You may have a newer machine and your dealer can't fix it, or they've gone out of business. Just give us a call and we will let you know right away if we can help. In most cases, we can.

(1) You can bring your machine to one of our drop off locations.

(2) You can schedule a service call and we will fix your machine at your location.

(3) You can ship it to us, we can fix it, and then we'll ship it back. Yes, you can ship your machine to us, and we will repair it in a cost-effective manner and ship it right back to you. We do it all the time, and it works well for us, as well as for our customers. The key to the success of this effort however, is packing it correctly prior to shipment. Many of the new "pack and ship" businesses do this well and can be of great help.
