Yes, you can ship your machine to us, and we will repair it in a cost-effective manner and ship it right back to you. We do it all the time, and it works well for us, as well as for our customers. The key to the success of this effort however, is packing it correctly prior to shipment. Many of the new "pack and ship" businesses do this well and can be of great help.
